This position will manage multiple commercial HVAC projects in the Western New York and Northern Pennsylvania area. Primary responsibilities are to plan, budget, procure materials and equipment, oversee and document all aspects of construction projects, ensuring project schedules, budgets and profit goals are met in accordance with our operational plan.

Additional duties may include assisting the HVAC design team to support our design-build clientele and should be prepared to attend professional development training to continue the “lifetime learning” concept that is critical to our core values.
Applicants are required to have a
• BS/BA in HVAC or related discipline or documented industry experience.
• 3-5 years’ experience as a project manager or design engineer with contract administration experience through an engineering firm.
• Geographically situated to service the Buffalo and Southern Tier Markets
